Questions
Which birthdays does it work for?
Any from 18 up. The chapters are planned from the age: the early years, one for each decade, then the year just gone.
What about old photos that were scanned?
A scan carries the day it was scanned, not the day it was taken, so it won't find its decade by itself. Scans wait with the rest of your photos; drag each one onto its page in the editor.
Can people write something?
Yes. The last chapter has six letter pages: family, an old friend, a newer friend, someone from work, the youngest and whoever made the book. Type their words in on each page.
Do the people I invite need an account?
No. They open your link, add their name and upload. You choose what goes in the book.
How long does it take to get my book?
Books are printed, bound and quality-checked within five business days, then shipped. Total time depends on where you are, since delivery estimates vary by destination. Every book is printed to order — we do not hold stock.
What size are the books?
Every Keepsakes book is 21 x 21 cm square, from 24 to 200 pages depending on the paper you choose.
What happens to my photos after I order?
Photos and draft books are deleted automatically 90 days after your last visit, or seven days after your printed book is delivered. Everything is encrypted in storage in the meantime. You can also permanently delete every file, photo and project yourself, in one click, whenever you want.
