How do parents add their photos?
Share one link with every family. They add their touchline photos and a short note, with no account, and the pages fill by month in the order the photos were taken.
What goes on a player card?
One photo, their name, position and number, and a line from the coach. The book has twelve; add more in the editor for a bigger squad.
How do the results work?
Type each match as a line: the date, the opponent, home or away, and the score with yours first. The page adds up the record: played, won, drawn, lost and goals.
Can every family get a copy?
Yes. Order up to ten copies to one address at checkout, so the coach can hand them out at the end-of-season party.
Do the people I invite need an account?
No. They open your link, add their name and upload. You choose what goes in the book.
How long does it take to get my book?
Books are printed, bound and quality-checked within five business days, then shipped. Total time depends on where you are, since delivery estimates vary by destination. Every book is printed to order — we do not hold stock.
What size are the books?
Every Keepsakes book is 21 x 21 cm square, from 24 to 200 pages depending on the paper you choose.
What happens to my photos after I order?
Photos and draft books are deleted automatically 90 days after your last visit, or seven days after your printed book is delivered. Everything is encrypted in storage in the meantime. You can also permanently delete every file, photo and project yourself, in one click, whenever you want.
