Questions
Can we count from our wedding instead?
Yes. Enter your wedding date in place of the day you met, and the chapters count from there.
How are the years split up?
Up to four years together, it goes by months. After that: how it started, then a chapter a year or every few years, then the year just gone.
Can each of us write something?
Yes. There's a facing pair of letter pages, one from each of you, and two more for family and friends. Type the words in on each page.
What about old photos that were scanned?
A scan carries the day it was scanned, not the day it was taken, so it won't find its year by itself. Scans wait with the rest of your photos; drag each one onto its page in the editor.
Do the people I invite need an account?
No. They open your link, add their name and upload. You choose what goes in the book.
How long does it take to get my book?
Books are printed, bound and quality-checked within five business days, then shipped. Total time depends on where you are, since delivery estimates vary by destination. Every book is printed to order — we do not hold stock.
What size are the books?
Every Keepsakes book is 21 x 21 cm square, from 24 to 200 pages depending on the paper you choose.
What happens to my photos after I order?
Photos and draft books are deleted automatically 90 days after your last visit, or seven days after your printed book is delivered. Everything is encrypted in storage in the meantime. You can also permanently delete every file, photo and project yourself, in one click, whenever you want.
