Questions
Can everyone add their photos and memories?
Yes. Share one link, and anyone can add photos without an account. Written memories go on the letter pages at the back: type them in, or paste in what people send you.
What about old prints?
Scan or photograph them and upload. A scan carries the day it was scanned, so it can't find its decade by itself; scans fill the pages that aren't tied to a date, like What They Loved. Drag any of them to the right chapter in the editor.
Does it work for any age?
Yes. A long life is told decade by decade; a short one by age, or by month for the very youngest.
Do the people I invite need an account?
No. They open your link, add their name and upload. You choose what goes in the book.
How long does it take to get my book?
Books are printed, bound and quality-checked within five business days, then shipped. Total time depends on where you are, since delivery estimates vary by destination. Every book is printed to order — we do not hold stock.
What size are the books?
Every Keepsakes book is 21 x 21 cm square, from 24 to 200 pages depending on the paper you choose.
What happens to my photos after I order?
Photos and draft books are deleted automatically 90 days after your last visit, or seven days after your printed book is delivered. Everything is encrypted in storage in the meantime. You can also permanently delete every file, photo and project yourself, in one click, whenever you want.
