Questions
How do people add a message?
Share one link. Everyone adds their name, their photos and a few words, up to 280 characters, with no account. You put the messages into the book from its photos page, four to a page.
Does it work for someone leaving, not retiring?
Yes. Enter their first day and their last, and the chapters follow however long they were there, from a few months to forty years.
Can we keep it a surprise?
Yes. Only people with your link can add to the book, so leave them off the list.
What if more than twenty people write?
The book has five messages pages, four notes to a page. Add more Messages pages in the editor, then put the rest in.
Do the people I invite need an account?
No. They open your link, add their name and upload. You choose what goes in the book.
How long does it take to get my book?
Books are printed, bound and quality-checked within five business days, then shipped. Total time depends on where you are, since delivery estimates vary by destination. Every book is printed to order — we do not hold stock.
What size are the books?
Every Keepsakes book is 21 x 21 cm square, from 24 to 200 pages depending on the paper you choose.
What happens to my photos after I order?
Photos and draft books are deleted automatically 90 days after your last visit, or seven days after your printed book is delivered. Everything is encrypted in storage in the meantime. You can also permanently delete every file, photo and project yourself, in one click, whenever you want.
